Would be fun to see others' projects. Post picture of your dream house and what happens with that. Before and after pictures, or maybe just the pictures.

Tried to get the Sphinx suns, but they never answer. In the first place so it looks like companies that sell solar panels are still not professional. The websites are difficult to grasp and hard to find infrmation on. Sphinx Solar is just one example of bad customer management, I guess.

Anyone have other experiences?

Realize now that there will not be possible to put solar panels this summer, may be a later project. So this year there will be a generator. Right now it is between a generator of E & B, Clas Ohlson, and a company called Factory on road. All are gasoline powered, four-stroke and costs in 2000 SEK.

Place the first concrete ring in the old well / hole. Then it's just sitting in the ring o grave with a small short military shovel. It helps with a person who stands above and heaves up the buckets with urgrävt materials. When the ring dropped down with the top lay on the ground floor you put in plaster, or rubber seal on the top of the concrete ring and hang up the next ring on top of the first. The procedure is repeated until you reach at least 7 meters. If the water comes up the water, use a bilge pump.

When the last ring edge is in the ground, pulling up the pump and let the water rise as far as it can. Then empty the well a few days at a time until it is clean o clear water coming out of the pump.

I will need a spade, well that is on the farm is just too basic in the current situation. Hopefully you can just dig out of it, or I will also need cement rings to put in the well when I dig out of it.

There is a nice fireplace in the cabin. When the chimney needs to be done if so I will take this opportunity to enhance the fireplace with. By making any airlocks in the fireplace so the air in the cabin to warm up much better. See the diagram below.

In my pursuit of things I need for my house so I stumbled across this. Seems to be a very good angle tool to have. I will probably need a place like this summer when I should mura chimney.

In spring 2007, I found the house online, but it looked too shabby out so I did not check into it. But in early June, I had been to a number of houses (all which I thought seemed reasonable in my demands), and I decided to go and check on the house of Nora.

I borrowed a friend's car and went there. It was a pretty damn good day. And it was very good, and did not look that bad as I expected. It did not smell damp either, so the probability that it would be damp was not so high.

After taking a bunch of pictures so I went home. Contacted realtor and gave my offer. It took weeks before I was first told that the seller did not accept it. So it went back and forth all summer. In the end, came up from the broker that the seller would not negotiate at all. I was very disappointed, but biting into trouble and went along with it.

In October I wrote to the contract and the documents submitted to the District Survey Office, so that the plot was cut off. Then I heard nothing until early 2008 and were told they would come by and do the demerger in February.

The day that they indicated that they would come and cut up the plot, I stood and the owner of the ground and waited. We waited and waited and waited. Eventually, we started calling around. We did not get a hold of anyone. After searching around and waited for two hours so we were told that they had been training day and the lady was not going to show up.

No apology and the price was fixed, warning of their prices! 28 000kr they would have to cut off my little plot. Scandalously, thought it would run at maximum half.

After a lot of ifs and buts, my house now avstyckad. The last is now waiting, that is to take bank loans, then it is mine!

On lantbruksnet I found a good list of the solar panels available on the market, do not know if it is fully complete, but they say anyway that it is all.

Jag har letat som en blådåre för att få tag på en bra solfångare, men tror jag har hittat en nu http://sfinxsolar.e-butik.se/ . Den följer solljuset så att den har bättre effektivitet än en vanlig solfångare, får hoppas att den funkar bra. Måste köpa den till i sommar så att jag kan göra något på torpet.

150w/24v, 10 000kr, men man behöver i och för sig fixa med batterier med, det lär kosta en del antar jag. Har inte hittat några bra ännu. Sen en omvandlare så att man kan få ut 230v. Men det ordnar sig.

Någon som har ett bra tips på bra omvandlare från 24v likström till 230 v växelström? Och bra prisvärda 24 v batterier?

Det här är stugan som jag bestämde mig för att köpa. Den ligger i Nora kommun, inne i skogen, nästan helt utan grannar (man ser dem i alla fall inte, och de är få). Den ligger inte alls långt ifrån en sjö, som deet finns fisk i.

Det är lite jobb som ska göras på den dock, fast det är ju en del av iden med att köpa stuga att ja ska ha en del kul projekt framför mig.

Planen är att jag ska lägga om taket, så att det inte ser ut som att det håller på att rasa in, som det gör nu. Nu går stockar längs med huset, Men för att få ett rakt och fin tak så kommer jag lägga taksstolar ovanpå dessa stockar. Kommer att lägga in de länkar jag har på hur jag vill ha det här, och hur det går.

Skorstenen behöver göras om från grunden, den håller på att ramla ihop, och den har bara en rökgång. Tanken är att öppna spisen ska se ut som den gör idag, men bakugnen ska vändas in till köket (när de blir klart blir det ungnsbakad pizza i den).

Brevid öppna spisen funderar jag på att sätta in en toalett, eller dusch, utedass i all ära, men dass inne blir det nog.

Sen finns det ett rum till mitt emot öppna spisen, tanken är att det rummet ska tas bort, så att det blir ett stort rum att sitta och läsa böcker, spela spel, och umgås i. Trappan upp till övervåningen ligger där med, men den trappan ska bort, och flyttas in till köket.

I köket finns en hel del att göra, där ska en ny spis in, och det behöver byggas ett ställe att ställa den på. Ny köksbänk, dra in vatten, etc. Sen ska det öppnas upp så att man har högt i tak. Halva övervåningen försvinner, men man kommer få in mer ljus och rymd.

Övervåningen ska fräschas till, ena rummet behållas, och där ska det bli sovrum, kan nog bli ett dass där med, så man inte behöver springa ner på näterna. Det andra rummet ska golvet bort så att det öppnas upp ner till köket.

För att få el så ska jag installera en solpanel. Hittat en bra panel som vänder sig efter ljuset, ska öka effektiviteten med 60% vilket blir jäkligt bra!

Sen ska brunnen grävas ut, och det ska dras in vatten ifrån den till stugan.

Det ska rensas upp i laggårn, den är helt i oreda, massa mög i den. Skroten som du ser på bilderna ska flyttas in på gårdsplanen och användas som konst.

Det ska byggas en jordkällare intill kortsidan på huset.

Sen ska det anläggas trädgård, men det är ett kapitel för sig, och lär dröjja några år innan jag kan drömma om det.
